But can it be as simple as walking ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walking is one of the most crude form of exercise that we as humans can do and anatomically we are building very well for walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walking apart from being a necessity in our daily life, it is actually an exercise that can extend your life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Research says that just by walking 11 min daily can extend your life by 2 years. Whoa.
